“Live so that when your children think of fairness and integrity, they think of you.” ~ Unknown

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

My business partner, John C. Maxwell, often talks about how important it is to him to leave a legacy behind for his children…. and his children’s children.  That won’t happen by accident, but rather he chooses to make decisions that are always in alignment with that core value and belief of his.  I admire him for doing so and it reminds me to do the same myself.  I always seek to do my best and serve the best I can.  It doesn’t mean I’m perfect by any means, but I hope when people see me and think of me, they can sense my authentic desire to want to succeed and serve the best I can.  What about you?  What will you be remembered for?  Are you working on your legacy?  Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action!  Leave a comment below about what kind of legacy you would like to leave for those you care about.  Happy Creating a Legacy Worth Remembering!!

One comment for “Being Great: What Will They Remember About You?

Those that really want to leave a lasting impact, I think they ask themselves daily: “What do I want to be remembered for?”

And hopefully, when I am thought about, a smile is on their face!
