“Good instincts usually tell you what to do long before your head has figured it out.” — Micheal Burke

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

Unfortunately as we grow older we are conditioned to only tune into what our head says and ignore what our gut instincts says.  Now, there’s nothing wrong with listening to your head, it’s just when your gut instincts are telling you something different that we have to believe our gut has good reason for doing so.  When there’s a contrast, it is important not to ignore your gut instincts.  It’s also just as important to not only listen, but to trust and follow your gut instincts as well.  Realize that your gut is not trying to get your attention for no reason…. there is in deed a reason and it’s your responsibility to listen to it and trust it.  I fully believe that my gut always has my highest and greatest good in mind.  It’s always looking out for me.  Don’t let your mind talk you out of discovering what the true message is! Happy Trusting Your Gut!!  Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action!  Leave a comment below about how today’s Daily Words of Wisdom impacted you and what action you’ll take.
