We all have fear in one form or fashion and as much as we would love to “get rid” of it and never be afraid of anything, that’s not going to happen. So instead of avoiding and wishing your fears away, how about facing them and really feeling your fears? That may in and of itself sound scary, but it’s really where your freedom and success are! Seek to understand your perfectionism… where does it come from… how does it make you feel… what would happen if you did something perfectly imperfect?? Look at it this way, when you explore your fears and face them, then you put yourself in a position to release them. Judging your fears and stuffing them back down to never be addressed actually causes them to stick around forever and continually pop-up and prevent you from LIVING LIFE!!
