When you make practicing gratitude a part of your everyday life, you’ll have no problem finding happiness in every and all “ordinary” moments. Look around and find the “extra”-ordinary in the ordinary. Notice and give thanks for the brightness of the colors around you, take in the scent of your environment, savor the flavors in your mouth, listen for what you normally ignore, feel the different textures on your skin. Next time you are feeling unimpressed with happiness level of your day, try practicing gratitude and see what happens. Happy Practicing Gratitude With the “Ordinary!!”
