“In the same way that it is a good idea to drink when you feel the indication of thirst – and therefore maintain your well-being long before dehydration is experienced – it is equally important to change the thought and release resistance at the first indication of negative emotion.  When you learn to release resistance in the early, subtle stages, you must thrive.” — Esther Hicks (Teachings of Abraham)

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

There is no need to wait until you are sidetracked, overwhelmed, and frustrated before you start shifting your thought process to a more positive and uplifting one.  There is also no need to wait until you have hit rock bottom before you choose to transform your life.  Why not choose to fill your heart and soul long before it needs and longs for it.  I encourage you to incorporate a daily practice of some sort where you fill yourself up in a positive way… EVERY DAY!  What I like to do every day is read and/or listen to an uplifting CD, meditate, and journal every evening before I go to bed.  It may seem like a lot to do, but believe me, my heart and soul thank me for it every day and night.  How will you feed your heart and soul before it gets hungry?  Happy Happy Heart and Soul! Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action!  Leave a comment below about how today’s Daily Words of Wisdom impacted you and what action you’ll take.

Get out your agenda/journal for today because

It’s time to A.C.T!

The A stands for ACTION.  What inspired action will you take today?
The C stands for CHANGE.  What purposeful change will you make today?
The T stands for TEACH.  What can you teach someone else today?

Write it out. Commit to it!  Take inspired action, make purposeful changes, and teach what you have come to know with someone else who could benefit from your wisdom!!  Nothing happens until you take ACTION!

It’s time to SHARE!
