“The higher you want to climb, the more you need leadership.  The greater the impact you want to make, the greater your influence needs to be.  Without leadership ability, a person’s impact is only a fraction of what it could be with good leadership.”  — John Maxwell

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

Since joining the faculty of the John Maxwell Team, I have been having a great time widening my awareness of the true power of great leadership.  I can see how great leadership is truly the way to more effectively share your purpose with the world and make a greater difference!  The catch is that until you raise your “leadership lid” you will always be limited in the difference and impact you are able to make.  The greater your ability to lead others effectively will determine the potential impact you can have on your organization/team/family/community.  How effective of a leader are you?  Are you missing out on an opportunity to make a greater difference both personally and professionally?  Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action!  Leave a comment below about how you continually raise your leadership lid.  Happy Leadership!
