“Leadership is more caught than taught. How does one “catch” leadership? By watching good leaders in action. The majority of leaders emerge because of the impact made on them by established leaders who modeled leadership and mentored them.” — John C. Maxwell
Melissa’s Words of Wisdom
I feel so honored and privileged because I have been led by some amazing world-class leaders and mentors. There are a handful to name, but I wanted to take a moment and highlight one of my greatest mentors and leaders, Paul Martinelli. I’ve shared his name with you all many times before and I feel compelled to highlight him yet again. He truly has inspired me to want to follow his lead. He’s a great example of his word and is always seeking to better himself and his tribe through his every movement, act, and deed. I hope that some of it has rubbed off on my own leadership!! Who in your life has been a true leader and mentor to you? Take time to highlight one of them. Acknowledge how their leadership has been such a great example to you and how it has positively impacted how you now lead. Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action! Leave a comment below about who your favorite mentor/lead is. I’d love to hear about him/her!! Happy Great Leaders and Mentors in Your Life!
