I mean, why would you want to contribute if you don’t feel you have anything valuable to add? Go into your day today making others feel more valued. And when you do, then most likely there is an opportunity for your team to connect at even greater levels and break their greatest records! Nothing really compares to the powerful ideas, synergy, and relationships that come from a true mastermind! Think about the last time you had a really effective brainstorming session with other like-minded individuals… Powerful, isn’t it!?
