“I really believe that if you want to create something wonderful in your life, if you truly want to make a big change you’ve got to learn to tolerate the ‘in-between’ time.  That’s the period when we let go of who we know ourselves to be in order to allow for the possibility of who we might become.” ~ Katherine Woodward Thomas

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

It can be difficult to be patient at times, can’t it? You may decide you are ready to change and grow into a better version of yourself and then you want the results to be here yesterday! It can seem like an eternity before you see the physical results you are desiring. This “in-between” time as Katherine calls it, is the most critical time! It’s the time you are letting go of the old and preparing to welcome the new. It’s such a beautiful part of the process, however, most of us want nothing to do with it and we want the instant gratification of the results ASAP! I invite you to savor every moment of your journey and enjoy the ride. There’s so much in store for you if you are patient and persistent through each phase of your becoming! Happy Savoring the “In-Between” Time!
