“There is nothing that is a more certain sign of insanity than to do the same thing over and over and expect the results to be different.” ~ Albert Einstein

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

This quote is so true, so simple and so logical to understand, yet so many people get stuck in the pattern of insanity!  Let’s say you have this strong desire to harvest tomatoes, but you keep planting corn.  Could you imagine planting corn seeds again and again and wondering why on earth you’re not harvesting tomatoes!  That would be insane, right!?  Be willing to be honest with yourself and take a good look and see where you might be acting a little insane.  The first step in regaining your sanity is always awareness!!  Become aware of where your thoughts, feelings, and actions are not in alignment with your true desires!  Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action!  Leave a comment below about how you will be honest with yourself and acknowledge where you may be acting a wee bit insane. 🙂 Happy Sanity!

Get out your agenda/journal for today because

It’s time to A.C.T!

The A stands for ACTION.  What inspired action will you take today?
The C stands for CHANGE.  What purposeful change will you make today?
The T stands for TEACH.  What can you teach someone else today?

Write it out. Commit to it!  Take inspired action, make purposeful changes, and teach what you have come to know with someone else who could benefit from your wisdom!!  Nothing happens until you take ACTION!

It’s time to SHARE!

Please share with us what A.C.T.s you took today as well as hear from other readers?  I encourage you to leave your experiences/testimonials, comments, and additional thoughts below.

Melissa, great words of encouragement! Also, I have always loved the quote from Einstein.

Today, I am going to be more proactive in connecting and engaging others to add value.
