“If you don’t like something, change it.  If you can’t change it, change your attitude.  Don’t complain.”  ~  Maya Angelou

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

If you think about it, within every complaint is a request. When someone is complaining, they are really just requesting change. They want things to be different. At that point, whether it’s yourself complaining or someone else, take a moment and look for the request. Identify if it’s something you can actually change and do something about and of course, if you can do something about it, then get moving! If it is out of your hands and it’s something you cannot necessarily change, then stop wasting your precious time and energy when you could be putting it to better use. Redirect your focus onto what you do have the control to change. Happy Changing What You Can Change!

Hello Melissa, This is so good. I hate whining and complaining. Takes my energy to hear it from others and especially from myself. Doesn’t serve me at all.

BTW Getting pumped for my first BPFS workshop tomorrow. I have 28 participants. Looking forward to adding value.
Thank you for making this content available. Definitely will be getting a partner for the next one!
