Your mind is like a physical muscle. The more your exercise it, the stronger it becomes. When you exercise your ability to choose your thoughts and you deliberately choose better-feeling thoughts over not-so-good-feeling thoughts, you find yourself more easily accessing the thoughts that lift you up and energize you rather than the ones that drain you and drag you down. Develop your MIND muscle! Exercise it day by day and moment by moment to serve you rather than work against you. If you want to get out of your own way, your mind must access thoughts that encourage and support you to express more of your God-given purpose and talents.
