Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

Have you ever heard someone say they worried themselves sick?  Well it’s true!  You can literally create dis-eases in your body by negatively obsessing over something.  Your thoughts are energy and negative thoughts literally destroy the cells in your body.  On the flip side, positive and loving thoughts can literally repair and build healthy cells in your body.  Don’t believe me?  Just think about that last time you were in a long and drawn-out heated argument.  It took a toll on you, didn’t it?  It was probably physically and emotionally draining and exhausting.  On the flip side, think of the last time you had a really great day that you put a lot of time and energy into.  How did you feel?  Probably stronger than ever and more energized.  Yes, your thinking plays a huge role in your overall health! Think thoughts of strength, love, gratitude, and grace.  Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action!  Leave a comment below about what happy and healthy thoughts you will be thinking about today.  Happy Thinking!

The A stands for ACTION.  What inspired action will you take today?
The C stands for CHANGE.  What purposeful change will you make today?
The T stands for TEACH.  What can you teach someone else today?

Write it out. Commit to it!  Take inspired action, make purposeful changes, and teach what you have come to know with someone else who could benefit from your wisdom!!  Nothing happens until you take ACTION!
