Not feeling well? Have you ever heard someone say they ‘worried themselves sick’? Well, it’s true! You can actually create dis-ease in the body by negatively obsessing over something. Your thoughts are energy and negative thoughts are destructive and literally destroy the cells in your body. On the flip side, positive and loving thoughts can actually repair and build healthy cells in your body. Just think about the last time you were in a drawn-out heated argument. It was probably physically and emotionally draining and exhausting. On the flip side, think of the last time you had a really great day that you put a lot of love and care into. How did you feel? Probably stronger than ever and more energized. Yes, your thoughts impact your physiology! Direct your thoughts in a way that heal you and make you stronger!
