Your thought patterns are what impact your emotions. You’ll know which thoughts of yours are fear-based and which are love-based by how you feel emotionally. Throughout your day do you feel more energized and uplifted or do you feel more drained and dragged down? If you want to feel more energized, you can begin to shift your emotions to be more energizing and uplifting by shifting the source of your thoughts from fear to love. Your thoughts must originate from a place of love, desire, and passion rather than fear, lack, and pain. Be deliberate with this. Deliberately choose more loving and serving thoughts that you know come from a loving place within that is seeking to fulfill your highest and greatest good.
