Great questions I like to ask myself frequently about the things I do, places I go, and people I hang out with are, “Am I lifted up or drained… Am I energized or dragged down… Am I inspired or frustrated?”  The answers to these questions really help me make decisions as to where and with whom I spend my time. You never get a minute back… the power is always in this present moment.  Choose to be in environments and around people who lift you up, energize you, and inspire you!!  Just by making this a part of your decision making process, you will open yourself up to receiving greater energy, joy and bliss into your life!  Happy Being Lifted Up, Energized, and Inspired!!  Remember, nothing happens until you decide to take action!  Leave a comment below about how today’s Daily Words of Wisdom impacted you and what action you’ll take.

Write it out. Commit to it!  Take inspired action, make purposeful changes, and teach what you have come to know with someone else who could benefit from your wisdom!!  Nothing happens until you take ACTION!

    Melissa,

    This is a great topic to review as I begin my week. As a wife, Mom and professional coach I lead a busy life and at times I need to re-evaluate how and with whom I am spendingmy time. Looking at my energy level and monitoring my feelings will certainly help me to assess and possibly shift my calendar. This week I am going to intentionally focus on my energy level and relational cues. Thanks for the reminder and adding value!
