There is no need to wait until you are sidetracked, overwhelmed, and frustrated before you start shifting your thought process to a more positive and uplifting one. Why not choose to fill your heart and soul looong before it needs it. I encourage you to incorporate a daily practice of some sort where you fill yourself up in a positive way. What I like to do every day is read and/or listen to an uplifting CD, meditate, and journal every evening before I go to bed. It may seem like a lot to do, but believe me, my heart and soul thank me for it every day and night. How will you feed your heart and soul before it gets hungry?
