“We are where we should be, doing what we should be doing, otherwise we would be somewhere else doing something else.” — Richard Stine

Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

You are perfectly where you are supposed to be in life.  Take a look around, observe what you are experiencing right now and ask yourself, “What does this experience say about who I am being?”  If you want to change where you are and what you are doing, then there needs to be a shift in who are being, from the inside out.  There needs to be an “awakening” of who you really are who you want to be.  Self-awareness is always the first step and then it’s time to make a new choice.  Take 20 minutes or more today to reflect and observe your current experiences.  What are they trying to tell you; What’s the message?  Leave a comment below about your experiences and what action you’ll be taking today!  Happy New Self-Awareness!

Get out your agenda/journal for today because

It’s time to A.C.T!

The A stands for ACTION.  What inspired action will you take today?
The C stands for CHANGE.  What purposeful change will you make today?
The T stands for TEACH.  What can you teach someone else today?

Write it out. Commit to it!  Take inspired action, make purposeful changes, and teach what you have come to know with someone else who could benefit from your wisdom!!  Nothing happens until you take ACTION!

It’s time to SHARE!

Please share with us what A.C.T.s you took today as well as hear from other readers?  I encourage you to leave your experiences/testimonials, comments, and additional thoughts below.

This is a nice one, Melissa! (as usual 😉
So much to write, such a little box….
If I may drag on on this topic: the experiences that are ‘thrown’ at you tells about you, because actually your believe system (thoughts, believes, emotions etc) construct through the subconsious exactly the environment you ‘believe in’. If you want to change your environment or situation: change your believes. Wayne Dyer: “You’ll see it when you believe it”. This is actually a book.
Whatever you experience just tells all about you. And nothing about others, the circumstances or the environment. Ask 2 people what they see in a certain situation and you get 2 totally different stories.
I’d like to add the long term variant: look back onto your life and find the experiences that are connected / that share the same subject. Its a kind of a trail. Subjects can be relations, love, material matters, health, connections, synchronicities… The subject of that trail shows the experience you’re here for in this life. [This doesn’t work if you feel this life is the only one you’re living through, then you can forget about all this.]

Hey Rob, Love your contribution! Yes, I totally agree with your statements. The event is what it is, but the experiences we have in life are a reflection of our belief systems. If you want to know what you believe in, take a look at your experiences and your “translation” of the events that have taken place. Isn’t NLP primarily about finding patterns in our lives and behaviors? Those patterns are happening by “accident” but rather in perfect alignment with who you are being and believe in. Thanks again Rob.
